Veterinary Reproduction Supplies, offers 14-Days return guarantee, for the DB-100 Veterinary Immunoassay System, we understood that many Clients that purchase Progesterone testing Systems have little to no experience running their own Systems, with that in mind, Veterinary Reproduction Supplies, will offer a comprehensive training section on our website (coming soon!) and also we are available via email, Facebook page WWW.FACEBOOK.COM/VETERINARYREPRODUCTIONSUPPLIES to help answer all of your questions.
Qualifying for a return is simple, first, you agree to work with Veterinary reproduction Supplies Technician, within the first 14 days after delivery, this includes viewing all the training videos provided for you with the System and going through all the info about the reader, Canine Progesterone testing and the P4 test instructions, etc.. that was provided to you with the system as well, you also agree to work with us to verify your testing processes (Test procedure, blood drawing and handling, timing, pipette technique, etc...) on your DB-100 System, by sending Veterinary Reproduction Supplies, support via email (SUPPORT@VETREPROSUPPLIES.COM), Facebook page WWW.FACEBOOK.COM/CANINEREPRODUCTIONSUPPLIES messages or text, videos of you running a P4 test on the BD-100 System, we believe that most errors in P4 results are caused by users testing errors, in most cases these errors are very easy to correct, with the additional help of our Technicians.
User agrees to be responsible to learn the proper technique of how to collect and spin down the blood samples for P4 testing purpose, to ensure a proper serum sample, if after working with our Technicians in the above manner, you are not saving money and time over your previous vet clinic or lab, then we will grant you a refund on your purchase of the DB-100 Veterinary Immunoassay System.
Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, the customer pays for the return shipping
the System, its accessories and Test kits, once your return is received and has been inspected, we will return your payment less the restocking fee.
Refund:
With DB-100 System, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 days.
Please note: In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all DB-100 System components must be undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached.
*If your System is damaged during shipping, please email us and keep your original shipping boxes for any return shipment.
There are exceptions to our Refunds policy for certain items. Please note this is a non-exhaustive list and that these conditions do not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
For reasons of health, hygiene safety and copyright, we are unable to exchange or refund the following products
1- Electrical items that have to have blood used with them to function
2- Electrical items that may have technical issues, (ones that you are using with semen, blood or other bodily fluids) we will only send back to the supplier and issue replacements, you will not receive a refund for equipment purchased for Fertility, and Ultrasounds.
3- Canine ovulation detector (If the Device is defective due to any Manufacture defects within the Warranty period, we will only issue a replacement within 15 business days, buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the defective item to us)
4- Bovine and Equine Visual Insemination Guns (If the Device is defective due to any Manufacture defects within the Warranty period, we will only issue a replacement within 15 business days, buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the defective item to us)
5- Bovine and Equine Ovulation Detectors (If the Device is defective due to any Manufacture defects within the Warranty period, we will only issue a replacement within 15 business days, buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the defective item to us)
6- Canine Trans-cervical Insemination Devices/TCI Devices either Portable or Desktop Systems. (If the Device is defective due to any Manufacture defects within the Warranty period, we will only issue a replacement within 15 business days, buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the defective item to us, with the Desktop Systems within the warranty period, we will only replace the defective part of the system based on the Manufacturer Technical department decision)
7- Canine Artificial Insemination Reusable and disposal Kits. (If the Device is defective due to any Manufacture defects within the Warranty period, we will only issue a replacement within 15 business days, buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the defective item to us)
8- Canine Artificial Insemination Collection Sheaths and Cons.
Other Items that are exceptions to our Refund Policy:
1- Reproduction Units/Bundles for Veterinarians and Breeders (The Units/Bundles are backed with a 12 Months Manufacture warranty against defects, if the Unit/Bundle (or part of them) are defective within the Warranty period, the business will only: repair or replace Units/Bundle (or part of them) based only on the Manufacture Technical Department decision, Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of any defective parts to us)
2- Refurbished Progesterone Testing Systems; IChroma System. (if the Analyzer is defective, we will only replace the Analyzer within the 30 days warranty period, buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the defective item to us)
3- Any brand new System that is used for Canine progesterone testing (if the Analyzer is malfunctioning due to any manufacturing defect within the 12 months, we will either fix or replace the analyzer based on the Manufacturer technical department decision, buyer is responsible for any any shipping cost of the defective item to us.
4- Immunoassay Test Kits for Canine or Feline; DB-100, Pet Chroma, IChroma, Vet Chroma and Mini Vidas (unless the packing pouches are broken or the item is defected before used, Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to us, we will issue a refund within 7 business days)
5- Canine or Feline Rapid Test Kits (unless the packing is broken or the item is defected before used, Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to us, we will issue a refund within 7 business days)
6- Canine or Feline nutritional Supplements (unless packing is broken, Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to us, we will issue a refund within 7 business days)
*If the item is sealed and unused the normal returned policy, will be followed, however, if the item is unsealed, due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept back a used product.
**If you return an item for inspection of a defect with our manufactures this can take several weeks to be resolved, however, we try and keep you updated every step of the way, some suppliers are overseas meaning the item can take up to 14 days to be received by them depending on the shipping service used.
Shipping:
Customer is responsible for paying for his/her own shipping costs for any returned or replacement items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if they have not been prepaid.
